SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd provides sustainability consulting services, including but not limited to sustainability assessments, audits, strategy development, and implementation support.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information to SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd for the delivery of our services. You also agree to cooperate with us throughout the engagement process.
4. Confidentiality
SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the client, except where required by law to disclose such information.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd remain the property of SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our prior written consent.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the engagement contract between SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd and the client. Payment is due within the agreed-upon timeframe.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd upon written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall become immediately due and payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd is registered.
10. Amendments
SSA Engineering Projects Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
