At SSA Sustainability Solutions Pty Ltd (“SSA Sustainability Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or service. This Cancellations Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for cancellations.

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ssaengprojects.co.za. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

– Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped or fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

– If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Service Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us at info@ssaengprojects.co.za. Service cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

 

– Service cancellations must be requested within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled service date.

– Depending on the type of service and our cancellation policy, cancellation fees may apply.

– Refunds for cancelled services will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Changes to Orders or Services

If you need to make changes to your order or service booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not always be possible, especially if the order has already been processed or the service is scheduled to take place imminently.
